I chose to do something a bit different than my usual 5.5" x 4.25" card size. I picked a square shape because the Elegant Floral Circle stamp I used is so beautiful that I wanted it to be the main focus of my card, and I felt that the best way to showcase it would be on a square card. It's a very simple design, but I think elegant too! This was such a fun card to make. It's the first time I used Copic markers too! I just had to buy some red and green colors to try with this stamp. I also added some red and green Stickles to the image for that finished *sparkly* look. Oh, and a few rhinestones too! I hope this card has brought some Christmas inspiration for you. If you haven't started thinking about your Christmas cards yet, this is the time to do it! It's creeping up on us so quickly!!! Gotta get my butt in gear and start crankin' on mine -- LOL!
In this close up, you can see the *sparkle* better around the edges of the flowers and leaves. |
