Beautiful Blooms III Acetate £9.00 DVD Case £9.95

Beautiful Blooms III is a gorgeous new floral addition to the Beautiful Blooms series. The multi stamp bloom is inspired by a vintage teacup motif. This fun, modern graphic floral can be used to create stunning focal points or all over backgrounds for your creative projects. If you liked Beautiful Blooms I and II, then this set is sure to be a favorite too!

This is what it could look like if all elements are stamped. This is just an example, but as you have seen there are SO many other possibilities.

I LOVE Tea Acetate £4.00 DVD Case £4.95

I LOVE Tea is a wonderful mini clear stamp set for tea lovers & friends of yours that love tea. The set features a modern teacup along with a floral motif and wonderful sentiments. Though the set is tea themed it could easily be customized for any hot beverage any time of the year. It also coordinates wonderfully with the previously released I LOVE Coffee clear stamp set.

This sentiment set is a great addition and staple to any crafter/stampers arsenal. It features a total of 23 sentiments which are suitable for an array of occasions. They are the perfect size to coordinate with an abundance of previously released Uniko sentiments.

Some Bunny Acetate £4.00 DVD Case £4.95

Some Bunny is a new cute addition to the Uniko clear stamp range. The set features a large bunny which is suitable for many occasions, from Valentine's to Easter to New Baby cards, projects and more. Along with the featured bunny comes bunny accessories! Use these to dress up bunny or use to stamp patterns or accentuate the mix and match sentiments also contained in the set.

So here is my creation! This gorgeous flower from BB III is so versatile! So many different color combinations you can use, use the flower by itself, use the flower and one leaf/vine, etc. I received a MISTI for Christmas and it was absolutely PERFECT to use for this stamp set. Soooo helpful to line up all the layers! The "Anniversary" sentiment was white heat embossed on a stitched die cut, then popped up with foam tape. The word "BLESSINGS" is from the Some Bunny stamp set. Some Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Sequins added a perfect finishing touch!

As tradition holds, we have our release day blog hop, simply visit & comment along the hop by midnight Thursday 26th February, to be in the chance of winning the ENTIRE release! If you have already purchased any or all of the release, a refund will be given.

Flakey Snow Friends - Honey Bee Stamps

Thursday, February 4, 2016

Hi everyone! I hope your Thursday is going great! I'm here today sharing a Honey Bee Stamps project.

Living in the midwest, we are accustomed to getting a lot of snow in the winter. But this year has been very mild and we've had very little snow. I'm wondering if we will get a ton in late February or March! The only reason I do want some this year is to build snowmen and take my kids sledding!!

Have you gotten your hands on the newest bundle of stamp sets?! The Flakey Friends Bundle is just way too cute to pass up! Since I haven't been able to build any snowmen yet, I decided to create a card using them! I started with a watercolor paper panel and used an edger die to get the stitched accent on the top and bottom. Then I used Tumbled Glass & Salty Ocean Distress Inks to watercolor the sky. Once it was dry, I flicked some white watercolor paint onto the background using water and a paintbrush.

The sentiment and hearts were stamped in black archival ink, and the hollow hearts were filled with some Stardust Stickles.

Each snowman was stamped onto watercolor paper, along with their corresponding accessories. Using more distress inks, I painted their noses, hat, scarf, and earmuffs. The hearts were stamped last. Then the snow buddies were all cut out using both a sharp pair of scissors and a penblade to get into those tricky spots!

I sure hope you've enjoyed this card! I had such fun creating it, and I'm sooooo happy with how it turned out!
Thanks for stopping by and be sure to visit the Honey Bee Blog tomorrow to see Kim's adorable project!

Honey Bee Stamps Birthday Wishes

Friday, January 29, 2016

Hey crafty friends! I'm excited to share a birthday card today using Honey Bee stamps! I've used stamps from several different sets to create this one layer card. I started by stamping the "Birthday" with the Brush Grunge Alpha set. That font is so pretty, right?! Next, I stamped "wishes" using a sentiment from Flakey Sentiments. Then, to fill up the rest of the card, I used several two-step leaves and flowers from the Cherish set. It's difficult to see in the photo, but I also added a drop of glossy accents to the center of the purple flowers for a touch of dimension. I am loving the look of this card! It was so much fun to create! ;)

I hope I've inspired you today to think outside the box and see what you can come up with by combining several different stamp sets in one card or scrapbook layout!

Thanks for stopping by!

Honey Bee Stamps - Watercolor Lotus Blossom

Thursday, January 21, 2016

Good morning! Today I'm sharing a card using the Lotus Blossom stamp by Honey Bee Stamps. I used a distress marker, watercolor brush, and of course water to watercolor the flower (it was first heat embossed with white powder on watercolor paper). The sentiment was stamped with a rich black ink, and then it was die cut.

The leaves stamped on the card base are from the Cherish stamp set. I colored them in with a green distress marker. The black stripes were created using Distress Ink (Black Soot) and a striped stencil placed on an angle to create diagonal stripes. A few sequins were added for an extra touch. The die cut is mounted using foam tape.

Thanks so much for stopping in to see some craftiness today! Have a great rest of your week and happy crafting!

Uniko Challenge #28

Friday, January 15, 2016

Hello crafty friends! It's been a while, but we are back with a new Uniko Challenge! This month's theme is Anything Goes, with an optional twist of LOVE.

I decided to create a masculine birthday card to add to my stash....it seems those are lacking! The main panel was die cut with watercolor paper, heat embossed with white powder, and then ink blended using 3 distress ink colors. I added a few drops of water, then blotted them with a paper towel. The sentiment was also heat embossed and then blended with distress inks and popped up with foam tape.

You can use any products/stamps to enter the challenge, but we do LOVE to see you use your Uniko products. If you do use Uniko, there's an extra chance to win a prize!

THE PRIZES
  • The DT will choose a winner, who will get a £20 gift voucher.
  • The DT will choose a Top 3 who will each get 50 Loyalty Rewards Points added to their customer account.
  • We will do a random draw for all those who use a UNIKO stamp, and this winner will get 150 Loyalty Reward Points added to their customer account.
  • We will do a random draw for those who go with the option of LOVE, and this winner will receive 100 Loyalty Reward Points added to their customer account.

Honey Bee Stamps - Let's Snuggle!

Thursday, January 14, 2016

Good morning! Today I have a totally cool CAS card to share with you. I'm loving working with Honey Bee stamps....such fun stuff! ;)  I started with the sentiment. Isn't the word "Baby" just fabulous?! Love it. Underneath that, I stamped the scarf, and then the "let's snuggle up". It's from the Flakey Sentiments set, but I had to get creative and put the "let" in front of "snuggle up", then ink up just the "s" in "snuggle" to add it at the end of "let". Then I just drew in the apostrophe. I think it's such a cute sentiment! The scarf was colored in using some ink and a waterbrush.

Using several hearts from different stamp sets, I randomly stamped them, using both blue and red inks. A few snowflakes were added as well. For some finishing touches, I added Glossy Accents to the red hearts, and some Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear sequins! The main panel is mounted to the base with foam tape.

I used the sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch! Love it!

I hope you have enjoyed my creation today, and thanks for popping in to see me!
