In case you missed it a couple days ago, here is the Sneak Peek photo of the stamp set.
Now....here's my creation! The background rainbow was created using watercolor paper, an acrylic block with distress ink, then sprayed with water and 'smushed' it onto the paper! I used this technique shown by the fabulous Laura Bassen. I didn't stamp and emboss the background though like she did.
The sentiment was embossed with black embossing powder on a piece of vellum. Then I cut the end to create a banner, and adhered to the watercolor paper. The dotted line was added using a black marker and ruler!
