Paper Therapy Challenge #23- Monochromatic Card

Monday, March 7, 2011

Hello! This week's Paper Therapy Challenge is to make a Monochromatic project! You can choose any color to work with. I went with browns for this one...I was going for a Chocolate feel. This was such a fun card to make. For the top, to create the look of an ice cream shop awning, I used a solid circle stamp and stamped repeatedly to get the scalloped look. I added Liquid Pearls on the Nesties die-cut, and finished it off with red Stickles for the cherry! Hope you enjoyed seeing my card today!
Thanks for stopping by!

Stamps: DeNami - Ice Cream Cone, Heartfelt Greetings Stamp Set; Stampin' Up! - Riveting (circle), Polka Dots & Paisley (dots)

Other: Nesties Labels Four and Ovals, Ribbon-SU, Liquid Pearls-Platinum Pearl, Stickles -Xmas Red, Dimensionals
