Hey crafty friends! I'm excited to share a birthday card today using Honey Bee stamps! I've
used stamps from several different sets to create this one layer card. I
started by stamping the "Birthday" with the Brush Grunge Alpha set. That font is so pretty, right?! Next, I stamped "wishes" using a sentiment from Flakey Sentiments. Then, to fill up the rest of the card, I used several two-step leaves and flowers from the Cherish
set. It's difficult to see in the photo, but I also added a drop of
glossy accents to the center of the purple flowers for a touch of
dimension. I am loving the look of this card! It was so much fun to
create! ;)
I
hope I've inspired you today to think outside the box and see what you
can come up with by combining several different stamp sets in one card
or scrapbook layout!
Thanks for stopping by!

Good morning! Today I'm sharing a card using the Lotus Blossom
stamp by Honey Bee Stamps. I used a distress marker, watercolor brush, and of course water
to watercolor the flower (it was first heat embossed with white powder
on watercolor paper). The sentiment was stamped with a rich black ink,
and then it was die cut.
The leaves stamped on the card base are from the Cherish stamp set. I colored them in with a green distress marker. The black stripes were created using Distress Ink (Black Soot) and a striped stencil placed on an angle to create diagonal stripes. A few sequins were added for an extra touch. The die cut is mounted using foam tape.
Thanks so much for stopping in to see some craftiness today! Have a great rest of your week and happy crafting!

Hello crafty friends! It's been a while, but we are back with a new Uniko Challenge! This month's theme is Anything Goes, with an optional twist of LOVE.
I decided to create a masculine birthday card to add to my stash....it seems those are lacking! The main panel was die cut with watercolor paper, heat embossed with white powder, and then ink blended using 3 distress ink colors. I added a few drops of water, then blotted them with a paper towel. The sentiment was also heat embossed and then blended with distress inks and popped up with foam tape.
You can use any products/stamps to enter the challenge, but we do LOVE to see you use your Uniko products. If you do use Uniko, there's an extra chance to win a prize!
THE PRIZES
- The DT will choose a winner, who will get a £20 gift voucher.
- The DT will choose a Top 3 who will each get 50 Loyalty Rewards Points added to their customer account.
- We will do a random draw for all those who use a UNIKO stamp, and this winner will get 150 Loyalty Reward Points added to their customer account.
- We will do a random draw for those who go with the option of LOVE, and this winner will receive 100 Loyalty Reward Points added to their customer account.

Good morning! Today I have a totally cool CAS card to share with you. I'm loving working with Honey Bee stamps....such fun stuff! ;) I
started with the sentiment. Isn't the word "Baby" just fabulous?! Love
it. Underneath that, I stamped the scarf, and then the "let's snuggle
up". It's from the Flakey Sentiments
set, but I had to get creative and put the "let" in front of "snuggle
up", then ink up just the "s" in "snuggle" to add it at the end of
"let". Then I just drew in the apostrophe. I think it's such a cute
sentiment! The scarf was colored in using some ink and a waterbrush.
Using several hearts from different stamp sets, I randomly stamped them, using both blue and red inks. A few snowflakes were added as well. For some finishing touches, I added Glossy Accents to the red hearts, and some Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear sequins! The main panel is mounted to the base with foam tape.
I used the sketch from CAS(E) this Sketch! Love it!
I hope you have enjoyed my creation today, and thanks for popping in to see me!

Good morning! I'm thrilled to be sharing a Valentine's card with you using Honey Bee Stamps! This
upcoming holiday is my favorite holiday to create cards for. Hearts
always make me happy. They are so fun to work with!
I started by using a circle stencil and blending a light pink ink over it on watercolor paper. Then I flicked some water over the whole panel and let sit for a few minutes. Then, using a paper towel, I blotted the water droplets. Finally, the stamping happens! I used several different hearts from a few sets: Brush Grunge Alpha, Wonderland, and Flakey Friends. I stamped inside each circle with a heart or two using the same ink color for the blended background. To add some shimmer, I used Heidi Swapp's gold shimmer mist.
A strip of black and cream striped paper and gold foil card stock was layered and attached to the left side. I die cut the tag twice, once with watercolor paper, and once in the gold foil card stock. "Love you" was heat embossed using black embossing powder. The tags are adhered using foam tape.
I hope you LOVE my card and are inspired today! Happy crafting!

Happy New Year!! I hope you all had a wonderful celebration to ring in the new year, and are enjoying a lazy day doing whatever you want! Stamping? Scrapbooking? Watching movies? :D
I can't get enough of the new Flakey Friends, More Flakey Friends, and Flakey Sentiments stamp sets from Honey Bee Stamps!! These guys are just TOOOO Cute and fun to play with. Out of all four 'critters', I think the Penguin is my fav. My card is pretty simple.
Since I didn't include any embellishments, I wanted to give a little dimension to the card. When I glued the penguins down, I just glued the bottom 1/3 so the top part sticks out a little.
Thank you so much for stopping by today and best wishes for a GREAT start in 2016!!
