Hey there! I was over on the MarkerPOP blog Thursday sharing this card using two Honey Bee stamp sets, Bless Your Heart, and Country Wreath.
I started by white heat embossing the large sentiment and some flowers and leaves onto a piece of water color card stock. Using MFT's basic stitch lines,
I ran the 'cross stitch' edge through the die cut machine twice,
placing it once at the top of the panel and once at the bottom. Using a
Zig Clean Color Real Brush marker in No. 083 Lilac, I carefully traced (in a thin line) around the entire word, "blessed". Then, using a water brush, I activated the Zig marker lines to soften them. The flowers were colored in using No. 031 Cobalt Blue, No. 083 Lilac, and No. 051 Lemon Yellow, and the leaves are No. 045 Pale Green.
I
white heat embossed 3 clusters of flowers and leaves on the main base
panel, and colored them using the same colors mentioned above. "To have
you" was white heat embossed on black card stock and die cut from MFT Blueprints 29 and adhered to the top panel. The top panel is adhered to the card base with foam adhesive. To add some extra glimmer, a few Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Sequins were added.
Thanks for stopping by today! Hope you have a great day!

Hello! Hope you are all having a fabulous week! Before
we get to my card, I first just want to say I've had a great time on
the Honey Bee Stamps team! This is my last post as a Design Team member,
and I've really enjoyed working with these gorgeous stamps and working
with some great team members! I'll definitely miss it. Thanks to
Melissa for allowing me to be a part of the fun and growth of Honey Bee.
I look forward to seeing what will come in the future!
Today I have a super CAS card. I started by die cutting the vertical sides of the main panel with a scalloped die. Then, the three honeycomb shapes from Sweet as Honey was stamped right in the middle, followed by the flowers, leaves, accent dots (all from Country Wreath), and sentiment (Sweet as Honey) in Archival Black Ink. Using two shades of color for each flower, I colored them in using Prismacolor Pencils. The leaves use three different shades of green. The main panel was attached to the card base using foam tape to give it the added touch of dimension.
Thanks for stopping in today! Enjoy your day and hope it involves some crafty time ;)

Good morning crafty friends! I'm so glad you've stopped by
today. I am very excited about this colorful card...it makes me "Oh So
Happy", like the sentiment says! ;)
I started with a piece of watercolor card stock, and stamped the two flowers from the Sweet as Honey stamp set with VersaMark ink and then heat embossed with white embossing powder. Then, I watercolored the whole panel starting in the top left corner with the red, adding each color to create a diagonal rainbow pattern of colors. I just love watching the ink transform the plain white card stock into bright, beautiful colors!
Once it was dry, I die cut a circle out of black card stock and also used VersaMark ink and white EP to make the sentiment (from Happy Everything) really pop! It's mounted to the panel with foam tape. A handful of Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Sequins were added randomly for the finishing touch.
I hope you've enjoyed my project today! Now go get inky and enjoy!

Hello crafty friends! I'm here to share a fun Graduation card using Honey Bee stamps.
Since it's graduation season, I'm sure there are many of us in need of
graduation cards for those special grads in our lives! I had to think
outside the box for this one, and I am very happy with how it turned
out!
Using the Brush Grunge Alpha stamp set, I spelled out "Way to Go!" in the center of the white panel. The vertical sides are die cut using a Top Dog Dies border die. Then, using the brush stroke, open star and solid star from Brush Grunge Alpha, I randomly stamped all around the sentiment. I also used the teeny tiny solid star from the Country Wreath stamp set and stamped it using black ink to fill in some of the gaps. Finally, some black and white striped paper was added underneath the top and bottom of the white panel. I think it gives it a perfect added touch!
I hope you've enjoyed my project today! Have a great weekend!

Hello and happy Thursday! Today I'm sharing
a fun camera card using Honey Bee Stamps and rainbow colors....YAY!! This was really a fun
card to make!

I started by stenciling the rectangular shape on the white panel. Then, all around the edge of the shape, I used every camera from the Camera Love set to create kind of a frame in rainbow colors. The "Smile" sentiment was created using the Hand Lettered Alpha stamp set, and the words below it are from Camera Love. The black and white diagonal striped paper gives it some added punch! I also added a few black enamel dots.
I sure hope I've inspired you today! Hope you all have a fabulous long Memorial Day weekend!

Happy Thursday everyone! I'm here to share a Honey Bee Stamps Anniversary card with you today.
I started by die cutting the main stamped panel (stitched rectangle border die). I stamped "Anniversary" first, then "HAPPY" above it. Using the swirly stamp from the Happy Everything stamp set, I randomly stamped it on the panel using the eggplant and tan ink colors. I did the same thing with the large open hearts (from Camera Love) and the smaller solid hearts (from Country Wreath). Before adhering the panel to the plum cardstock panel, I wrapped a thin gold cord around it and tied a knot. After attaching the whole panel to the card base, a few gold enamel dots were added.
I'm sooooo glad you stopped in today! If you haven't already, make sure to check out the mood board challenge we have going on right now (there are PRIZES drawn from the entries)! Not much time left, so hurry! Here's the original blog post with all the details, and some awesome inspiration from the design team!!!

Hello crafty friends! Have you heard about the Honey Bee Stamps Mood Board Challenge going on this week?! It's really an awesome board for inspiration! Here it is:
My neighbor recently had a baby so I decided to create baby card using these awesome colors! First I used a Hero Arts Soft Pool ink pad and a foam blender to create the soft blueish color in the background. Then, using the MISTI tool, I stamped the large "blessing" sentiment from Bless Your Heart. The elephant (from Top Dog Dies) is die cut using some Lawn Fawn patterned paper and attached directly to the white panel. The hearts are from the new stamp set Country Wreath. The white panel is also die cut with an edger die at the bottom edge. Another striped patterned paper piece near the bottom from Lawn Fawn is a perfect addition to this card...along with some sparkling clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh!
Now, let’s see what you can create! Please let the mood board inspire you to create a project. Post your creations to the Honey Bee Stamps Facebook page or Instagram. Be sure to use the hashtags so we can find you!!

Hey there! So I was looking through my blogger posts and realized that this post that I posted on the Honey Bee Stamps blog awhile ago was never published on my own blog! So....here you go, LOL!
So, do you ever get really frustrated and just sit at your craft desk and go ’round and ’round and you just can’t get the right placement or color scheme for your project?! Well, that’s exactly what happened to me here. I had an idea for the basic layout, and had a few flowers stamped and fussy cut, but it was just NOT working. I figured out that I wasn’t using a color combo that is typical for me, and it was really throwing me off! Once I decided on the blue, pink, and purple flowers you see below, the layout came together so nicely! I am LOVING this card!
The polka dots are a patterned paper, and the black and white card stock panels are both die cut using a borderline die. The “congrats” sentiment was created using the Brush Grunge Alpha set…such a versatile set!! Before adhering the fussy cut flowers, I stamped three large leaves on the white panel. Using the tiny solid heart from the Cherish stamp set, I stamped a few around the cluster of flowers and leaves. I love that added detail! A few Pretty Pink Posh sequins add a bit of shine!

Greetings crafty friends! I don't know about you, but it sure seems like
Mother's Day is sneaking up on us! I can't believe it's right around the
corner. I knew I had to get going on some Mother's Day cards, so that's
what I'm sharing with you today!
I've created this CAS one layer card using Honey Bee Stamps Happy Everything, Country Wreath, and Hand Lettered Alpha - all of these are new sets and available to purchase in the shop! I started by stamping the sentiment using the fabulous MISTI tool. Then, I lightly drew a curved line with a pencil as a guide for the flowers and leaves. After stamping all the flowers, leaves, and accents in grey ink to match the sentiment, I used distress markers to color them in. Some sparkling clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh finishes it off!
Thanks for stopping in today! Hope you have a fabulous rest of your week!

Happy Saturday everyone! Just popping in today to share one card that I forgot to post last week, and to also share the news that the 4 Brand New Honey Bee Stamp Sets are NOW AVAILABLE to purchase in the Honey Bee Shop!!! I hope you were able to participate in the blog hop throughout the week to see some amazing projects using the new sets! It definitely was a fun week ;) Below you can see the 4 new sets!
This card uses the new Camera Love stamp set. The theme of this one is photography, something I know all of you scrapbookers out there LOVE! This set is super cute, with several different sketched camera images and lots of photography related words. (Honey Bee Stamps collaborated on this stamp set with Melissa Goble designs. Melissa was chosen to draw the cameras and images for this stamp set. Aren’t they cute!)
My card is pretty clean and simple. I started by ink blending the bottom of the card base with Cracked Pistachio Distress ink and a foam blender. On separate pieces of card stock, I ink blended the orange/yellow background (Mustard Seed and Spiced Marmalade), and the pink background (Picked Raspberry). Then I stamped the camera images in Archival Black ink on top of the blended backgrounds and fussy cut them. Before adhering the cameras to the card base, I used the long rectangular dashed line and created a little pattern over the pistachio background, and also stamped the live laugh love sentiment. A variety of hearts were stamped on the card base for that extra special detail!

I used two new sets being released this week, Happy Everything and Country Wreath, as well as some contents of the kit you see in the photo above that 2 lucky blog hop commenters will win! YAY!
The sentiment is stamped directly on the patterned paper circle, and then I accented it with the stars from the Country Wreath set. Using some of the white die cut embellishments from the kit, I inked up a few stars with Picked Raspberry Distress Ink, and the little banner tag with Mustard Seed Distress Ink to match the patterned paper and acetate. I love this color combination!
I hope I brought some inspiration to you today and that you're enjoying the hop! Thank you for stopping by! Your next stop is Holly. Don't forget to leave a comment before you go!

Hello there! I'm here today with a one-layer card using a few of the new Honey Bee stamp sets that will be released in just a couple weeks!!
I started by die cutting a circle out of masking paper. After attaching that to the card base, I blended two distress inks, Evergreen Bough and Shaded Lilac, to create the solid circle as the background for the other elements.
The masking paper was removed and then I used the MISTI tool to line up the “you are such a blessing” sentiment exactly where I wanted it. Then, I added some leaves and accents around the edge of the circle. A handful of Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Sequins were added for the finishing touch!
So glad you stopped by today!

Hello crafty friends! I'm here today with a card using the brand spankin' new stamp set from Honey Bee Stamps, Hand Lettered Alpha!
I'm really loving this set. It is such a great font, and it has both
lowercase and uppercase letters! There is even a coordinating Hand Lettered Numeric set.
This was a pretty simple card to make. I began by trimming a piece of white watercolor card stock slightly smaller than an A2 size card. Using my fabulous MISTI tool, I was able to line up the letters evenly to create the custom sentiment. I stamped it with VersaMark ink and white heat embossed it. Then, using Mustard Seed, Cracked Pistachio, Salty Ocean, and a touch of Seedless Preserves Distress Inks, I created the colorful blended background with a foam blending tool. A few flicks of water over the top, and then blotted with a paper towel created the water spot look. The main panel is adhered to the Soft Stone card base.
I hope you enjoyed my project today....I sure had fun playing! Have a great day and hope it involves some crafty time!

Happy Friday everyone! It's a special day today because I've got a
sneak peek of just some of the new Honey Bee Stamps that are being released very
soon! :D
I've created this birthday card using an awesome new sentiment set and a wreath set that has lots of options for different occasions. This is a simple one layer card. The wreath was created by first stamping the light brown wreath, then the dark brown bow. Then, I stamped each cluster of flowers and leaves until the wreath looked full! Pretty simple and easy! There are endless combinations that can be created with the wreath set.
I hope I've inspired you, and hope you can squeeze some crafty time in today!

Good morning! I'm
always in need of masculine cards so I thought I'd create one for
today's Honey Bee stamps post.
It's a pretty simple and straightforward card! I started near the top of the card, slightly off center with the green ink, and stamped the leaves (from the Cherish stamp set) repeatedly to start forming a circular pattern. I continued this process, switching out ink colors every so often. The banner was white heat embossed using "HAPPY" from the Wonderland set, and "day" using the Brush Grunge Alpha set! The banner was mounted to the base with foam tape for some dimension.
Thanks for popping in today!

Happy Thursday crafty friends! I've got a card today featuring the Sweet as Honey
stamp set from Honey Bee Stamps. I really love this set because there are so many different
images, which means SOOO many different possibilities for cards,
scrapbook pages, pocket pages, etc!
The bees and sentiment were stamped with Archival black ink, and the bees were colored in using Distress Markers. The honeycomb pattern was stamped on the card base, and the two panels layered over that were die cut with a stitched edge die. I felt that it still needed a little something, so I added the small rainstones in between each bee for some shine and dimension!

Hello crafty friends! I've got a simple but sweet Honey Bee Stamps card for you today. I
started by die cutting a circle out of watercolor paper, and a circle
frame out of black and cream striped paper. The flowers, sentiment, and
bee are all from the Sweet as Honey
stamp set. They were all stamped with Archival black ink. Using
distress markers, I colored in the flowers and used a water brush to
create a watercolor look. The circle panel is attached to the card base
using foam tape for some dimension. The base was sprayed with the Tim
Holtz Distress Marker Spritzer Tool using Black Soot.
So glad you stopped by today! I hope I've brought some inspiration to you!

Hello there friends! I'm late in sharing my Honey Bee Stamps project here this week (oops!). I've got a baby card
using unexpected stamp sets for this theme. A friend of mine just had
another little baby boy, so I needed a card to wish her and her family
congratulations. I really would have never thought to use the Bear image
from the Flakey Friends stamp set for a baby card, but I was really trying to be creative and think outside the box!
The card base is layered with patterned paper. The main panel is vellum and a layer of white card stock die-cut using a rectangular stitched edge die. I stamped the bear in Archival Black ink on vellum. I used distress markers to color on the back of the vellum and then lightly used a water brush to soften and blend the colors. The sentiment and a few of the stars are also stamped on the vellum (the solid star is from Brush Grunge Alpha). The remaining stars are stamped on the white card stock behind the vellum for a softer look. Finally, a small red heart was stamped near the bear’s paws to appear as though he’s holding it. It’s all mounted to the base using foam tape for dimension.
Thanks so much for stopping in today! Have a great rest of your week!

Happy Thursday crafty bees! I'm sharing a special card using Honey Bee Stamps
that features silver heat embossing. I stamped and embossed the Lotus Blossom on three different card stock colors, and then fussy cut each. Using the Brush Grunge Alpha set, I created the “hugs” sentiment on the die cut tag and also used some silver cord.
The background was splattered with purple and black watercolor paint on watercolor paper. After it was dry, I cut a piece of vellum the same size and adhered it over the top to give it a softer look. A few silver sparkly enamel dots were added for that extra special touch!! It’s all mounted to a white card stock base.
Thanks for stopping by to take a look today! I hope I’ve brought some inspiration to your day!
