Good morning! I'm over on the MarkerPOP blog today sharing a clean and simple card. This is one of my
favorite styles to create. I love crisp, white backgrounds!
I started out with a Neenah Solar White card stock base. Using the incredibly awesome Misti tool, I first stamped the "thanks" sentiment from a brand new Concord & 9th stamp set, Give Thanks, with Hero Arts Navy ink. Then, I positioned the "WITH" on the Misti tool again, and stamped that using Hero Arts Wet Cement ink.
The asterisk looking doo-dad next to thanks was also stamped with
Cement ink! The right corner of the card stock base was rounded with a
corner rounder punch.
On a separate piece of Neenah card stock, I used a foam ink blending tool and four Tim Holtz Distress Inks to create a nice blend of colors for fall (Festive Berries, Spiced Marmalade, Mustard Seed, and Mowed Lawn). Using a die from Concord & 9th's new die set, Layering Leaves, I die cut the leaves using the colorfully blended card stock. Love this look! Some Clear Wink of Stella sparkle was added to the die cut, and then glued to the card base.
Thank you so much for checking out my card today!

Hello! Welcome to the July Uniko Challenge #34. We have another fun challenge this month to spark your creativity...
All the flowers and leaves are stamped and fussy cut, then arranged to make a large bouquet. The background splatters were achieved by inking up my craft mat with the dark blue ink, then dipping a wet paintbrush in it and carefully tapping it over the card base. Love the look of the Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear Sequins scattered around the card for some shine!! Hope I've inspired you today!

So here is my card using the photo as inspiration. I am sooooo pleased with how it turned out!! I started by ink blending the background using a Simon Says Stamp stencil. The leaves were also stamped on separate card stock, fussy cut and attached to the flowers. The small grey dots are from the set Background Builders: Round in Circles. Good morning!
It's that time again for another NEW RELEASE from UNIKO!! There are 2 BRAND NEW stamp sets being released today, and they are AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE on the Uniko website! YAY!
So let's get started by revealing the 2 new additions to the Uniko line up...
This
first set explains itself really, it is a fun cupcake building set
suitable for all those occasions which are worth celebrating with cake!
Next up we have a FUN on trend flower building mini clear stamp set...
Fun Flowers £4.00 - £4.95
Copyright Uniko Ltd 2016
This
set is what the title of it says, FUN! With the popularity of 'doodle'
styled images and colouring books, this set provides the images to
achieve those things on your creations AND so much more.
I have a fun one layer card to share. Lately I've been loving the bold look of distress inks and markers, so I decided to start by blending 4 different distress inks over part of the card base. Then, I stamped the flowers in black over most of the blended color so it showed through the images. LOVE that look! The sentiment is also stamped in black. The end result completely reminds me of a Retro 80's theme, right?! Or wait, is it 70's?? Not sure, but I definitely didn't have that in mind as I was creating!!
As tradition holds, we have our release day blog hop, simply visit & comment along the hop by midnight BST Sunday, April 17th, 2016 for your chance to win the ENTIRE Release AND a £10 eGift Certificate to spend in store! If you have already purchased any or all of the release, a refund will be given.
Both the new products are available HERE now to purchase. Bev at Uniko has increased the stock levels this month, so fingers crossed no one will miss out.
So, let's see what the rest of the Design Team have created...

So the title of this set kinda gives it away really and you have an idea what's in store, more larger sized sentiments that will take pride of place on your cards and projects.
Here's my creation. First, I heat embossed the Thanks sentiment and the line of triangles (you'll see more of that tomorrow). The main panel is ink blended with Ranger Distress Inks on watercolor paper. I 'flicked' some water over it and let it dry. I added a few black enamel dots, and placed on a white card base.

Hello! I have a fun watercolor card to share today for this month's PTI Blog Hop. This inspiration photo was all it took for me to make sure I absolutely participated in the blog hop this month! Isn't it just gorgeous?! Those colors are so ME! I was so excited to have this as my inspiration ;)
So, I wanted to basically replicate the look above. The hexagon cover plate popped into mind, and I randomly water colored the background layer using the same colors. I'm still relatively new to this water coloring thing, so it was kinda experimental!! I really LOVE the look though.
The sentiment is from Fancy That and is stamped with True Black ink on vellum. A few sequins add a finishing touch!
Thanks for stopping by! Enjoy the rest of the hop!
Supplies:
Stamps: PTI - Fancy That
Paper: PTI - White; Strathmore - Watercolor; Vellum
Die: PTI - Hexagon Cover Plate
Other: Watercolor Paints - Hobby Lobby, Sequins

Welcome back to another Top Dog Dies Thursday! I hope to bring you a little happiness today as I have a spring card to share!
The Hummingbird/Flower die-cut was cut using watercolor paper. Then, using Ranger Distress markers, I colored the bird, leaves, and flower. It didn't have to be perfectly colored, just needed to get some ink onto the paper. Once I was finished, I used a mini mister to spray water over the image. The ink blends SO nicely together, and you never know what you're gonna end up with! I waited for it to dry, and was very happy with the end result!! I think this technique is so much fun!
For the bottom strip of color, I did the same technique. This time though, I just used a plain piece of watercolor paper and colored random strokes across the paper, using the same colors in the die-cut piece. Then sprayed with water and let dry. The top piece of white cardstock is die-cut with a fun border die! (supply links are at the bottom of the post)
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope I inspired you today ;)
Supplies:
Stamps: Uniko Studio - Paradise - Hummingbird
Dies: Top Dog Dies - Bird Trio Die Set, Dotted Borders Die Set
Inks and Markers: Ranger Distress - Mustard Seed, Wild Honey, Bundled Sage, Pine Needles, Tumbled Glass, Dusty Concord; Stampin' Up - Lavender Lace

*if you're hopping along in order, then you should have arrived here from Spectrum Noir*
Welcome to a VERY, VERY special blog hop honoring the wonderful magazine, Paper Crafts and Scrapbooking. You may or may not have heard that the February 2015 issue will be the very last one :( I, including hundreds, even thousands, of others were very shocked and saddened by this devastating news.
The amazing community that has been created because of this publication has made such an impact on my crafting life. Even though I've never even met in person any of you associated with the magazine, or any other crafters in this community that share my passion (ok ok, obsession!) for cardmaking/stamping/etc, I've learned soooo much from YOU! Because of you, I want to be better at what I do!
With that said, I want to first thank everyone at PC&S for all your hardwork, inspiration, and encouraging words along the way. As one door closes, may bigger and better doors open for each and every one of you!! I look forward to following your journeys through the new doors. And always remember.....You will be Forever Fabulous! ;)
The next stop is Asty Purbasari! If you want to start at the beginning, head over to Jennifer McGuire's blog. Enjoy the rest of the hop!

Stamps: PTI - Fancy That; Altenew - Sohcahtoa (sentiment)
Cardstock: Stampin' Up! - Basic Black; Strathmore Watercolor paper

It's time for another Uniko Studio challenge! This month is a sketch, created by the fabulously talented Gayatri!

Sticking with my usual CAS style, I created a one-layer card. I pulled out one of my favorite Uniko stamp sets, Round in Circles. Using four different colored ink, I created a pattern. It kind of looks like those beads that hang in a doorway, doesn't it? Another stamp from this set is stampedlightly on the bottom left, then "thank you" is inked up with the maroon ink then the dark chocolate chip ink. Very simple! I've added a few dots of stickles for some added character ;)
What do you think? Feedback is always welcomed ;) I really appreciate you coming by for a visit!
You've got plenty of time to enter your project. February 14th, 9:00 UK time is the deadline.
The Prizes:
- A £10 Gift Certificate to the Winner and a Guest Design Team spot on the blog for the next challenge
- Top Three Spotlight
Supplies:
Stamps: Uniko Studio - All Occasion Sentiments #3, Round in Circles
Cardstock: PTI - White
Ink: SU - Purely Pomegranate, Chocolate Chip; Tsukineko Dew Drop - Jumbo Java, Pumpkin Spice
Other: Stickles - Glitz Sequins

Happy Saturday my lovely followers! It's time for another Uniko Studio Super Free Saturday! If you are not familiar with SFS, let me explain. Bev over at Uniko, has designed a great digital freebie for anyone to download! Just visit the WEBSITE, and you'll see the details there. Print it on your home printer, and then CREATE with one or more of the elements in the download. The possibilities really are endless!!
I decided to incorporate elements from the SFS digital file, and a couple stamp sets.
You can see that I used the green panel, and tilted it on an angle. I cut out two pieces from other elements in the free digital download--the flower cluster in the white panel, and the top part of the red/white polka dot panel. I adhered the polka dot piece right on top of the green panel, and the flower is raised with foam tape. The entire green panel is also adhered using foam tape.
I used the "thank you" sentiment from All Occasion Sentiments #3. I masked off the "you" and "thank" separately so I could make the sentiment on two lines, instead of one.
The polka dots and the circles stamped on the card base are from Background Builders: Round in Circles (one of my fav Uniko sets!!).
I hope I've inspired you to CREATE!! Be sure to also check out the Uniko Studio Blog, where Bev has some more projects to share using the SFS download, as well as other design team members!
